General Conditions
- Check-in: 3:00 p. m.
- Check-out: 12:00 p. m.
- Payment: To guarantee your reservation, you must pay the minimum booking amount for the desired room through credit card, deposit or wire transfer to any of the following accounts, and the outstanding balance upon arrival to the hotel: DAVIVIENDA Checking Account # 701132838-1, COLPATRIA Checking Account # 1511009355, BANCOLOMBIA Checking Account # 08604681489, all to the name of PROMOTORA TURÍSTICA DEL CARIBE S.A. “PROTUCARIBE S. A.”
- Cancellations without penalties. Cancellations made before August 15, 2019 will not generate penalties and will allow full reimbursement of all paid nights.
- No shows. The penalty for no show will be of 100% of the rate plus HOTEL taxes. Charges will be made per each booked night with No Show. The penalty for this concept is the amount corresponding to the number of unused rooms multiplied by the number of unoccupied nights at the agreed rate, plus taxes.
- Late Check Out. Late check outs shall be subject to hotel vacancy on the required date.
Regular rate:
12pm to 6pm: Colombian Pesos COP 200,000 + Tax
After 6pm: Full rate corresponding to each guest.
- Early Departure. In case of in need to leave the hotel before the initially booked date, the HOTEL will charge a penalty equivalent to 100% of the booked nights plus tax to the guest’s invoice, except in case of an emergency or major force event.
- Early check-in (arrival before 15:00.) For room assignment before the established check-in hour, the HOTEL will confirm upon availability to accept the corresponding booking, as well as the rate if the room is required since the previous night in case of an emergency or major force event.
- Any modification set forth by the National Government regarding taxes shall be charged separately from the fees of the present agreement.
NOTE:
It is important that at the time of making your reservation to submit the event’s group code, in the previous paragraph’s link, to obtain the special rates for attendees of the event to be held on September 19 and 20, 2019.
